Booking Considerations:
Thank you for your interest in hosting a program at Cyclone Support Central. Please complete the following intake form to help us support your event planning and coordination. We ask that all space requests be submitted at least four weeks in advance to allow for coordination and support.
Note for Faculty: If you are a professor interested in using the space on a one-time or limited basis to host your class, please email Jenni Diaz Garcia at jd34@iastate.edu rather than making a booking here.
We allow concurrent bookings with drop-in wellness to ensure maximum flexibility. Please add a buffer time of at least 15 minutes to your booking for setup and clean up. Please keep in mind whether extra buffer time is needed between sessions based on your specific event needs.
