Open Scholar Café - November - Data and Copyright: it’s complicated Online

Join Data Services Librarian Megan O’Donnell for an overview and discussion of how US Copyright law applies to data … or doesn’t. It’s complicated. We’ll start with a brief overview of how data and copyright law intersect and end with a review of hypothetical situations and an open discussion. All experience levels are welcome at the Open Scholar Cafe!

The Open Scholar Café is a monthly virtual forum for members of the ISU community to meet and discuss open research and scholarship with their peers. Campus faculty are invited to bring questions about open scholarship to this drop in conversation. For more information visit the Open Scholar Café page.
