Wellness Workshops: Stress

September 18th 11:30am-12:30pm: Skill building for times of high levels of stress.

Feeling Stressed? You are not alone. Students often report feeling a high amount of stress throughout the academic year. This workshop is designed to help you build skills around managing various stressors. This workshop will also increase your awareness of campus and community resources able to assist in reducing stress.

October 22nd Time TBD: Skill building for financial success.

Financial pressures are one of the top stressors for students.  This workshop is designed to help build your financial management skills and increase your awareness of campus resources. Staff from the Office of Financial Aid will be on site to assist with preparing you to file your FAFSA and learn about the OneApp.

November 12 Time TBD: Skill building awareness about mental health.

Mental health is an important component to reaching your academic goals. It is also often overlooked or sometimes stigmatized. This workshop will support you in learning about your own mental health, how to support a friend in need, and ISU related resources and educational opportunities around mental health.
