Prepare for your next proposal and learn to write a data management and sharing plan (DMSP).

Workshop participants will be provided with the information, tools, and resources necessary to write a successful data management plan.

We’ll cover what information to include, how publisher and funder sharing requirements relate, and what’s meant by “data archiving” (hint: it’s more than storage). We’ll introduce helpful tools to help you write your proposal and provide guidance on how to responsibly use GenAI chat tools to assist in the writing process. Example data management plans will be available to review and there will be plenty of time for questions. 

This is a beginner level workshop, and no prior experience is needed. A computer is not required but may be helpful for some activities.
