Wellness Wednesdays at Parks Library

A drop-in space focued on student mental health, Wellness Wednesdays will be offered in Parks 140 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

This space allows students to focus on their mental health through various uplifting activities like:

  • Playing and creating with Legos, coloring books, and puzzles.
  • Practicing mindfulness with meditation, reflections, gratitude journaling, and goal setting.
  • Physical relaxation with light therapy, breathing exercises, audio experiences, and aroma therapy.
  • Short chair massages, available on a first come, first served basis.

All members of the campus community are encouraged to stop by, even if only for a few minutes, to take a break and center your wellbeing.

Wellness Wednesdays at Parks is a collaborative effort by Student Health and Wellness and the University Library as part of the Cyclone Support initiative.
