U.S. Census: Searching for and using census data
This workshop will focus on population and demographic data, which is the core strength of the U.S. Census Surveys, and how to find it and use it in your research. The workshop will utilize demonstrations and active learning activities to teach you how to learn to find the information that you seek from the U.S. Census Bureau, best known for conducting the census survey every 10 years. As well, there are six additional surveys that the census runs.
