Use the location dropdown to specify where the appointment will take place. Selecting a different location will reload the appointment dates and times that are available to be booked.

As Research Data Specialist, Ben provides data processing and analysis as a fee-for-service. Initial consultations are free.
Ben is available for appointments either virtually (Teams, Zoom) or in-person. In-person appointments are held in The Catalyst (Parks Library 199), but alternate arrangements can be made.
Ben's services include:
- Writing and establishing data management plans and protocols
- Creating data analysis pipelines in UNIX and R to run both locally and on ISU's HPC clusters
- Organizing and processing various data types (e.g. next-generation sequencing, geospatial)
- Performing exploratory data analysis and visualization
Ben's position is made possible through a cooperation between the library and the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences and financial support from Dr. Lisa Schulte Moore.
